The new Boothbay Region Health Center is now providing affordable, walk-in, and by appointment primary care seven days a week. On Sunday, Jan. 21, from 4 to 5:30 p.m., the newly launched Health Center will host an Open House so that members of our community can meet the medical providers and staff, learn about the services provided, and ask questions.

The Open House will take place at the Health Center in the Meadow Mall at 185 Townsend Avenue. Please enter the corridor to the right of the Family Dollar store and proceed to the last office on the left. There will be nutritious and healthy snacks, information about our Fit, Flexible & Strong Wellness program, and an opportunity to meet and talk with the medical providers: Dr. Chip Teel, Dr. Patricia Phillips, Dr. Nancy Oliphant, and Becky Traquair and Susan Lord, Family Nurse Practitioners.

The members of the Health Center's Board will also be available to answer your questions and to gather input about what services you'd like to see and how you'd like to help make this new community resource a success. Volunteers will also be on hand to solicit your feedback, ideas, participation and support.
