The July showcase will begin on Wednesday, July 3 with an opening reception on Friday, July 5 (First Friday Art Walk) from 5 to 7 p.m. to which all are welcome. The gallery is located at 1 Townsend Ave. in downtown Boothbay Harbor.

Drop-off dates to deliver art for the July members show are Monday, June 24 (10 a.m. - 5 p.m.) and Tuesday, June 25 (9 a.m. - noon).

To become a member of the Boothbay Region Art Foundation and exhibit and sell your artwork at our location in the heart of Boothbay Harbor, download the online form on the BRAF website www.boothbayartists.org.

In addition, two shows by solo artists will also be on display during the month of July. The works of painters David Hunter and Daryne Rockett will be exhibited upstairs in the Harbor Room Gallery and Gallery One.

The Boothbay Region Art Foundation was founded by local artists and has been a cornerstone of the region’s artistic community since 1963. BRAF is a non-profit organization. Its mission is to provide member artists with the opportunity to exhibit and sell their work, offer classes and workshops and  provide scholarships to area high school graduates to continue their art education.
