The Boothbay Region High School Interact Club is happy to announce that we are back after a wonderful summer vacation! On Sept. 10, we held our first meeting of the year - with almost 50 new and returning members with a good showing of new members from the class of 2028!

During the meeting, we discussed various exciting topics such as our plans and projects for this year, with our first one being the annual Veterans Day Dinner at the Rotary Clubhouse on Nov. 8.

Our officers for the year are Abbie Clark, president; Maddie Orchard, vice president; Cleyton Splaine, treasurer; Zoe Curtis, secretary; and Spencer Pottle and Sarah Harris, social chairs.

We look forward to a year filled with activities that are both fun and helpful for all. Interact meets on the second Tuesday of each month during lunch, and everybody is welcome to join!
