First chance for a SCC baked bean supper in 2024: Saturday, the 15th of June. Gather at the Harriet Bird Club House at 619 Sheepscot Road in Newcastle between 5 and 7 p.m.

There will be homemade baked beans, hot dogs, brown bread, biscuits, salads and sides, pies and other desserts, served with hot and/or cold beverages. Sit inside or out if the weather’s fine. And, yes, take-out is available.

This free supper is hosted by the Sheepscott Community Church of Newcastle. Donations are always welcome. A portion of all donations received this month will be shared with a local charity dedicated to helping Lincoln County families, children, elders or pets.
