St. Andrews Village is seeking an Administrative & Marketing Assistant. This is an opportunity to make an impact in the lives of seniors and work in a beautiful setting with a fun team of co-workers! Based in our independent living area, the position is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to residents, families, and guests. Primary responsibilities are to greet individuals, answer calls, and provide customer service at the main reception area; provide general administrative support to departments; light bookkeeping; data entry; oversee incoming/outgoing mail; develop/print daily menus; maintain/track meal orders; maintain outlook calendars; maintain resident contact lists; take minutes at monthly resident meetings; assemble marketing packet materials; mail prospective packets; proofread materials. Multitasking and organizational skills are key to this role, as well as the ability to handle residents’ comments, questions, and complaints in a positive, helpful manner. We are looking for someone with previous experience in an administrative role. Marketing experience desired but not required.
