Southport Central School students, under the direction of music teacher Jennifer McIvor, presented their annual Spring Concert, with the theme, “Adventures in Travel,” on Wednesday, June 5 at Southport Town Hall.

The 45-minute concert featured eight songs and readings by the students in various groupings. The backdrop to the stage was decorated with student art. McIvor is also the school’s art teacher.

Students participating were kindergartners and first graders Jeremiah Carroll, Eloise Hawke, Angus Kaler, Brock Wallace; second graders Lily Billings, Cairine Blackman Morehouse, Owen Fessenden, Rivers Healy, Theo Kurtz, Aiden Nunan; and fourth, fifth and sixth graders Ryder Baker, Jonah Fessenden, Shepherd Griffith, Mabel Kaler, Duncan Scott, Jessie Ullo, Aurora Wallace and Kayla Watts.
