“I play a jock,” said junior Camden Spear. “I used to do acting and think the message of ‘High School Musical’ is relevant and appealing to everyone.”
“I play Jack Scott, the school announcer,” said junior Gabe Purin. “I've never been in a school production before but I'm having a blast, it's a lot of fun.”
“I've been doing plays since freshman year,” said junior Annielyn MacKusick. “I really like it. I'm playing Mrs. Darbus, the drama teacher, and also playing a brainiac.”
“High School Musical really appealed to me and is a fun play,” said freshman Annie Bryer. “I'm playing the librarian and also a cheerleader, and I'm having a lot of fun.”
“I'm playing Chad, Troy (the lead male character's) best friend,” senior Chris Groneng said. “In the play we've been best friends since kindergarten playing basketball together. I've always been interested in theater — I've mostly followed Broadway. This is the first play I've been in since 3rd grade.
