Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: 3 arrests

    The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 418 calls for service for the period of Aug. 27 to Sept. 3. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 10,511 calls for service.

    Summonses

    Raymond C. Egan, 81, of Boothbay was issued a summons Aug. 28 for Operating under the Influence, after an investigation into a traffic accident, which occurred on July 19 on Back Narrows Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.

    William R. Morton, 36, of Boothbay was issued a summons Aug. 30 for Harassment by Telephone, on Beath Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.

    Cynthia M. Kelly, 53, of Damariscotta was issued a summons Aug. 30 for Failure to Submit to Finger Printing, on Main Street, Damariscotta, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.

    Arrests

    Billy W. Curtis, 35, of Bremen turned himself in to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Aug. 28 on an outstanding warrant for Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening/Terrorizing.  Mr. Curtis was arrested by Sgt. Kevin Dennison, on behalf of an investigation by Deputy Nathan Yeaton, and transported to Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, and turned over to correctional staff.

    Konstantinos M. Rigas, 36, of Boothbay Harbor was arrested Aug. 28 for Criminal Mischief and a Probation Hold, on Oak Street, Boothbay Harbor, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.

    Danial J. Parlin, 53, of Waldoboro was arrested Sept. 1 for Violating Conditions of Release, on Ralph Wink Road, Waldoboro, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.
