Instructor John Jenkins has more than 35 years of successfully lecturing and training throughout the U.S., Japan and China. He is an inducted member in the Lewiston/Auburn Sports Hall of Fame, Maine State Sports Hall of Fame and World Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
This is an interactive presentation open to all ages. Wear comfortable clothing and come ready to laugh, learn and like this brief experience of the world of martial arts as he offers our community part two in a class series, enabling us to experience his talent and skill as we learn principle methods and foundations of his expertise.
“Introduction to Martial Arts/Karate, Part 1” will be held April 24 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Part 2 will be held May 22 from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
