Page Brown, an incoming Boothbay Region High School sophomore, has been selected for the U.S. Junior National Championships All Star team, as a member of her 14U AAU Blue Wave basketball team that recently traveled to Washington, D.C., for this event.
This event is sponsored by Nike and is a college showcase for Division 1, 2 and 3 coaches.
There were 63 teams in her division, with 92 athletes chosen as all stars.
Her team was very competitive finishing with a 2-2 record in pool play, losing both games by a combined 6 points.
Page is the daughter of Ted and Lauren Brown of Boothbay
