The Seahawk girls tennis team improved to 3-1 on the season with a 3-2 win over Spruce Mountain in Jay Tuesday, May 3.

First singles player Laura Chapman remained undefeated on the season with a 10-1 win over Leah Gilbert.

Hannah Roberts, also undefeated this season, took down Kaila Godbey, 10-0.

Boothbay forfeited third singles.

In first doubles, Jaelyn Crocker and Della Hahn defeated Mary Hamblin and Ella Plourde, 10-8.

In second doubles, Katie Nein and Savannah Compare fell to Kacey Burns and Emily Dubord, 10-5.

Boothbay is scheduled to host Dirigo on Thursday, May 5 at 4 p.m.
