Coach Nick Scott reports that the Boothbay Region High School track teams performed well at last week’s Mountain Valley Conference Championship meet in Lisbon.

“Both of our teams performed well, as the boys placed 4th and the girls were 5th. Individually, there were quite a few standout performances including three athletes who won individual titles.”

“Congratulations to Angie Perkins who repeated as the girls high jump champion, her jump of 6 feet was a personal best and ties for the best jump in Class C this year.”

“Draco Peaslee won the 200m dash with a personal best of 23.34 and Blake Erhard crossed the finish line first in the 800m run.”

Other students who placed among the top seven and are listed below. Conference All Star selections are based on an athlete's finish at the conference championships.  A first place finish earns a first team selection, a second place finish, a second team selection; and a third place finish, an honorable mention.
