Smith was the leading rebounder for the Seahawks with 10 rebounds, and Austin Campbell and Eli Gudroe added seven each. Ethan James was the leading scorer for Wiscasset with 29 points.
"Kyle Ames had a great floor game for us as he adjusted to the numerous defenses that Wiscasset threw at us,” said Coach I.J. Pinkham via email. “We received good bench minutes from Alex Smith, Dima Gosselin and Graham Bryer. The win was a total team effort.”
Boothbay, currently seeded sixth in Class C South, finishes the regular season at 11-7 while Wiscasset, currently seeded ninth, drops to 9-9 to end the season.
