All of us that love this beautiful area owe a great deal of thanks and praise to Helen Weld and Robert Strachan in Edgecomb for this very generous donation! 

For years now I have had the good fortune to kayak up and down the Damariscotta River.

This extraordinary gift will help preserve this beautiful and fragile gem for many more generations to enjoy!
