Y Dolphins win home virtual meet
The Boothbay Region YMCA Dolphin swim team won its home virtual meet against Canoe City Swim Club (Orono-Old Town) and Piscataquis Regional YMCA (Dover-Foxcroft) Feb. 5. Combined scores (boys and girls) were Boothbay 365, Canoe City 195 and Piscataquis 71.
Boothbay highlights included Suzie Edwards setting a team record in the 200 yard breaststroke for Girls 15 & Over with a time of 3:33.27 and Hannah Hills setting a team record in the 200 yard butterfly for Girls 13-14 and Girls 15 & over with a time of 2:51.31.
