Boothbay overcame a slow start Nov. 1 to defeat Sacopee Valley 36-22 in an eight-man small conference playoff game at Sherman Field Nov. 1.

Sacopee Valley scored on the game’s opening possession and Boothbay struggled to hold onto the ball, but as the game progressed, the Seahawks dominated  the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball.

Boothbay will next play at Old Orchard Beach. The Seagulls defeated Traip 54-6 in the other small conference semifinal.
