BCA, businesses sponsor 4th of July Boothbay Common concert

The Boothbay Civic Association, Bet's Fish Fry and Shannon's Unshelled will be sponsoring a concert on the Boothbay Common, featuring the beloved Maniacs on Tuesday, July 4 from noon to 3 p.m.,
The Maniacs are a Boothbay favorite consisting of Jackson Gay, Debbie Morin, Ronnie Miller, Brian Hodgeman, Ted Hamilton and Mark Hall. Between all its members, they have played with Willie Nelson, Cheyenne, Frank Coffin, Hurricane Mountain and many more.
The concert will be free but donations are accepted on behalf of the BCA, whose goal is to improve community and neighborhood events. Local favorites Bet's Fish Fry and Shannon's Unshelled will be open for service during the event.
Picnic tables will be available on the Common but feel free to bring a blanket or some chairs, or even your own picnic lunch, and set up for a good time out on the lawn.
