Ahoy all ye mateys! Join us on the library lawn for a whale of a time! Sign up for the Summer Reading Program, play some games on the lawn, visit our tattoo parlor, make some Pirate Treasure Slime, learn how to talk like a pirate, and choose your pirate name.
Get your Summer Reading Passport and get started logging your reading hours, completing reading challenges, and writing book reviews to earn prizes and raffle tickets toward even bigger prizes!
Our Summer Reading Program keeps children engaged and reading all summer long! Children receive a Summer Reading Passport full of reading activities and challenges. They read their way to individual prizes and raffle tickets for a chance to win grand prizes like bikes, Sherman Gift Cards, backpacks, stuffed animals, mini golf tickets, a Pokemon Prize Bundle, Pizza & Movie Night at the Library, Librarian for the Day & more!
