Boothbay Region Art Foundation welcomes artist and teacher Katharina Keoughan to the gallery on Wednesday, Nov. 15 at 2 p.m. as part of the Gallery’s Take Part in Art Series. Keoughan will take you through the steps of finding and developing ideas in the visual arts. No talent required!
