Attention hikers of all skill levels: Come to BRLT’s Oak Point Farm, 60 Samoset Road, Boothbay Harbor, for a talk by Jenny Cusick from 4-5:30 p.m. Topics include gear selection, navigation tools, weather preparedness, safety measures, and survival kits. Participants will receive a list of resources, have the opportunity to browse a selection of hiking books, and engage in hands-on gear reviews - and a slide show! Free event.
