On July 17, the Boothbay Planning Board conditionally approved all three applications in its monthly meeting. The Twaddle-Wolcott Living Trust received conditional approval to replace a recreational pier. The property is on Ocean Point Road in a coastal residential and shoreland overlay zone. Tim Forrester of Flycatcher, LLC represented Andrew Twaddle and Sarah Wolcott. Two conditions were placed on the approval. One is receipt of Army Corps of Engineers approval. The second is receiving Department of Environmental Protection approval verification. 

Forrester also represented the second applicant, Arel Family Trust, in its application. Courtney A. Trebing and David N. Arel Jr. received conditional approval to make partial replacements to a pier on Presley Drive. The property is in a coastal residential and shoreland overlay zone. Two conditions were placed on the approval. One is receipt of Army Corps of Engineers approval. The second is providing  Department of Environmental Protection approval verification. 

Forrester also represented the third applicant, Thornton and Lenora Lockwood, who received conditional approval to replace a recreational pier on Ocean Point Road. The property is in a coastal residential and shoreland overlay zone. The board placed two conditions on the approval. One is providing Army Corps of Engineers approval to the code office. The second is submitting Department of Environmental Protection approval verification. 

The board meets next at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21 in the conference room.
