Becca Howard scored three second-half goals and Savannah Patenaude scored a goal in each half as the visiting Telstar Rebels easily defeated the Boothbay Region Lady Seahawks, 7-1, in field hockey on September 16 at Perkins Field.

After Telstar took a 2-0 lead nine minutes into the game, Nicole LaBrecque scored Boothbay’s only goal at 19:26 on a centering pass from Skyler Davis.

Sadie Ellsworth gave Telstar a 3-1 lead with a goal at 14:57 of the first half.

Telstar improved to 2-3 on the season while Boothbay dropped to 0-4.

Boothbay faces Spruce Mountain today, Sept. 17, at Perkins Field at 4 p.m. in a rescheduled game from Friday.
