Lady Seahawks attend Point Guard College

On December 27 and 28, the Lady Seahawks basketball program hosted Coach Graham Maxwell of Point Guard College (PGC). PGC runs basketball camps and courses all over the country.
The PGC experience is unlike your typical camp — players begin in a classroom discussing topics and taking notes. There are lectures, question and answer sessions, and even video examples of various skills and teachings related to basketball and life.
Once classroom ends, players head to the gym to review what they’ve learned and hone their skills in an intense basketball setting.
Coach Maxwell is a top tier instructor at PGC and also an assistant coach at Emmanuel College in Georgia. He specializes in player development and his tutelage proved to be an invaluable experience for the Lady Seahawks.
The team looks forward to resuming regular season play on Thursday, Jan. 2, at home against Wiscasset.
