Boothbay Harbor Police Department makes 2 arrests

Boothbay Harbor Police Department made two arrests between April 30 and May 29.  On May 4, officer Makenzi Strout arrested Sean Parsons, 42, of Scottsdale, Arizona on a charge of unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief. 

On May 16, officer Nick Upham arrested Jessica Hooper, 33, of Boothbay Harbor on a warrant for failure to appear in court on criminal summons.

BHPD also issued two summonses between April 30 and May 29.  On May 2, Chief Doug Snyder summonsed Don Kingsbury, 56, of Pownal with improper influence and terrorizing. On May 2, Snyder summonsed John Seitzer, 72, of Boothbay Harbor with criminal trespassing.
