Boothbay Harbor Police Department made three arrests between July 1 and Aug. 4. 

On July 1, officer Makenzi Strout arrested Kirt Castonguay, 45, of Boothbay Harbor for domestic violence aggravated assault.

On July 12, officer Garrett French arrested Derek T. Smith, 35, of Grand Canyon, Arizona for aggravated forgery and terrorizing. 

On July 31, Sgt. Jacob Powers arrested Felicia Giles, 44, of Edgecomb for violating conditions of release.

BHPD issued one summons. French summonsed Colby Allen, 18, of Boothbay Harbor for minor consuming liquor.
