Back by popular demand: Historical Society’s annual Cheese and Bake Sale
The Boothbay Region Historical Society is holding this year’s Cheese and Bake Sale on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the museum, 72 Oak Street, Boothbay Harbor. They’ll have a variety of delicious baked goods for sale, and the star of the show: Maine-produced, 2-year-aged, extra sharp cheddar. Perfect for mac and cheese, sandwiches, snacking, and gifts!
They’re also offering a discounted price on pre-ordered cheese (see below). Cheese sold on the day of the bake sale will be $10 per half pound and $20 per pound. Cheese pre-orders are encouraged to make sure they order enough cheese for everyone. Sorry, no pre-orders on baked goods.
