Hall Funeral Homes & Cremation Services have been recognized by Johnson Consulting Group (JCG) for their excellence in customer service to the families they serve. Both Hall’s of Waldoboro and Boothbay have come in the top ten of two different nationwide service categories after the review of over 35,000 national surveys by hundreds of funeral homes across the country.

CEO of JCG, Jake Johnson says, “It has been said that … If you take care of the families, they will take care of you!” The Performance Tracker X Awards are only presented to funeral homes who achieved the highest total value index score meaning Hall’s received the highest scores in customer confidence and satisfaction, willingness to recommend and perception of value for the services rendered. Hall Funeral Home is proud to be a recipient of such a prestigious award.

The Tribute Team of Hall Funeral Homes proudly and faithfully serves communities of Knox and Lincoln counties from their three funeral homes in Boothbay, Waldoboro, and Thomaston. Hall’s is the only funeral home in Knox and Lincoln counties operating its own crematory, Midcoast Crematory, in Thomaston allowing families to be confident that their loved one never leaves Hall’s care.  From initial contact with the funeral home, to the arrangements, until the services are complete, Hall’s continues to walk with the family offering their Aftercare Program and grief support.

Performance Tracker X is a complete customer service management tool that evaluates staff performance by sending out surveys to families to get real-time trends and accurate feedback for funeral home owners and operators nationwide to review date driven results.

Funeral director Lexi Hartford says, “I am proud to work with a team that cares for families as if they were their own.”

Michael J. Hall, president/owner, and funeral director for Hall’s stated, “We are honored by this recognition and accept this award on behalf of the entire Hall Funeral Home team who dedicate their careers to serving families in our community.”

The Hall Funeral Homes & Cremation Services team is made up of six full-time employees, Mike, his wife Liz, Lexi Hartford, William Waldron III, Trenna Bragg and Jamie Keene, as well as our very valuable part-time support team members, Al McKay, Richard Lash, Harold Orne, Lynn Martin, Randy Winchenbaugh, Christine Poithier and Diane Connelly.
